Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. The remaining balance, along with final guest count and menu selections are due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event.

Yes, we gladly offer tastings for $15 per person. If you book us for your event, the tasting fee will be credited to your account.
Should you need to work out a payment plan with us we are happy to take 4 instalments of 25%. Please note the final 25% is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date
We are happy to take payments via Zelle. However should you prefer to pay by card please note there is a bank fee that will be charged of 3.6%
We can accommodate up to 4 guests per tasting. Please book the number of guests doing the tasting in advance and send us your card details for charging $15 per person attending the tasting.
Should you be having a wedding please kindly take out your own event insurance for peace of mind. Please ask your event insurance company to cover any mishaps as well as cancelation cover.
Once you book your event catering we turn other couples away. Please understand that 50% of the total catering is strictly non-refundable. Should you cancel your event more than 90 days out 75% of the catering contract is non refundable. Should you cancel your event less than 90 days to your event date please note that the full amount due to us is non refundable.
Your final guest count is due to us no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.
We are located on the grounds of Greenock Manor where we conveniently have our commercial catering kitchen located. We do not charge delivery when catering weddings on the Greenock Manor Property. Should you book us and then decide to change your location to another venue please note there will be a delivery charge added to your account with us of $250.
Please note all our Full Service Catering quotes include staff for up to a max of 8 and half hours. At Greenock Manor we set up 2 hours before ceremony start time. Should you need to add hours for our staff to stay on longer than 8.5 hours at your wedding an hourly fee of $300 will be added to your final account.
Yes we are happy to arrange a Food Drop off to cater your event no matter how small. Please discuss the distance of your event location with our Owners.
We can arrange a beautiful selection of real dishes and glassware with silverware for your event. Ask our team to order your Table Cloths, Runners and matching Napkins in any color of your choice for your special event.
We do not add this to the final account but prefer to have a humble hearted approach. We aim to work very hard and exceed your expectations. However, to tip our staff at the end of your event is entirely your choice. Our team will be very grateful should you decide to tip them.
